Lead Well, Stay Well:

A practical leadership workshop for people building and leading organisations that make a positive difference.

Leave with your own personal leadership blueprint: a practical plan for how you can lead well, stay well and create lasting impact. Think sustainable high performance without burning yourself out!

Drawing on twenty years of experience across leadership development, purpose-led organisations, coaching, mentoring and organisational growth, I will be facilitating this workshop, which I have designed to be both reflective and practical.

We will do the work together. I will guide your thinking, help you uncover what matters most to you, and support you to gain clarity on your values, leadership strengths and priorities.

You’ll also have the opportunity to spend time with other purpose-driven leaders, creating space for honest conversation and shared learning.

When: Wednesday 14th October 2026, 8.30-10.30am

Where: Campfield, Lower Byrom St, Manchester M3 4FP

Join us: The workshop is free to attend, but places are limited to 20 so get in touch with Paul (paul.hill@missionsearch.co.uk) to secure your place. And we have tea, coffee and a light breakfast covered to keep you well fueled for our workshop.

Who’s it for: Designed for leaders of purpose-led organisations, social enterprises, B Corps, charities and CICs, because the people who are driving positive change for the world deserve the space to invest in themselves.

But why? This is a collaboration between Well Enough and Mission Search. When Paul and I met, we quickly realised we shared a passion for supporting purpose-driven leaders. We have also seen that these are often the leaders who put everyone else first and leave their own development and wellbeing until last.

[If you’re reading and thinking a session like this could benefit your leaders or team, feel free to drop me a message. I’m exploring opportunities to deliver Lead Well, Stay Well in-house for organisations that want to invest in sustainable leadership and wellbeing.]
